So dapat tafsir tak ape itu standard material dalam istilah yang lebih tepat? kalau ada tolong kongsi bersama yerk..

Reference Materials (Bahan Rujukan) dianggap sebagai tulang belakang.

• Are sources one refer to
• Not on loan and biasanya di dalam library shj.
• Orang yg duduk di tgh2 library (kaunter/helpdesk)

** Characteristic of Reference material

• General ref : Encyclopedia, Americana etc...
• Subject or specialized ref : Encyclopedia of Social Science Humanity, Encyclopedia of Science Technology etc..

• contain actual (dictionaries)
• contain only bibliography and information data (bibliographies, index)
• provide quick information (small dictionaries)

Kesimpulan : reference material ini adalah sebagai bahan rujukan ketika mencari maklumat. Biasanya untuk kita mencari fakta bagi mengukuhkan lagi sesuatu hujah. Sebab itu antara bahan rujukan yang utama adalah encyclopedia atau jurnal. Biasanya berada di dalam library shj kerana harganya yang agak mahal

• Trade Bibliography / catalogue - paling banyak book publishing. published to make a million of dollar. apa yang ada? - book, journal, etc.. Complete ada harga sekali.
